Hello everyone. My name is Zhong Chuanshan. I joined Volkswagen Transmission in 2019, and I have served the company for 11 years. I am now in charge of the laser welding process in the gear section.
The most memorable experience for me is in 2019, I had the honor to participate in the acceptance of new laser welding equipment as a production employee. With the joint efforts of all departments, many technical problems were overcome. We delivered the efficient and stable equipment under an excellent quality. The equipment acceptance work was successfully completed at the end.

I am currently the Team leader of IT infra. My job is to ensure all IT infrastructure run well and contribute my energy to the VWATD digital smart factory strategy.
During VWATD Phase 5 construction period, the professional attitude and working skills of our colleagues impressed me a lot. It’s my luck to work in such a great team.
